This was an expensive roof for the insurance carrier. After tearing off the old shingles, we had to install new Sheathing due to the old space decking being in rough shape. When cost was $70+ per sheet we had to install 185 to comply with area codes. Sometimes is good to know a contractor that can get this cost paid for, so you won’t have the added cost. Installed a class 4 impact resistant shingle. Owens Corning Flex Series, color Driftwood.
